About Us

Who We Are

Inner You Occupational Therapy (OT) supports children between the ages of 2 - 18 years in developing skills for daily activities that are purposeful and meaningful. We're all about meeting the child where they're at and reaching goals through a play and strength based approach that is holistic and family-centred. Inner You works collaboratively with families and stakeholders to provide a service that is individualised and neurodiversity affirming.

Inner You is a mobile service, meaning we can provide support in environments that are comfortable for the client (home, school and Kindergarten). Inner You services NDIS plan and self managed participants, as well as privately funded clients across the Brisbane region.

Meet Maddy

Maddy is a registered Occupational Therapist (BOccThy) and the founder of Inner You Occupational Therapy. In her years as a paediatric Occupational Therapist, she has developed a profound passion in neurodiversity affirming practice.

This approach involves
taking a strengths based approach that supports and advocates for adaptations that affirm a child's neurodivergent identity. Maddy aims to create a safe, fun and collaborative therapy environment for children, whilst taking a play based approach to learning!
